List of All LOYAL3 IPOs

IPOsIf you’re like me (and most people) then you’re unable to cash in on IPOs. Only institutions and high net worth individuals have access to IPOs at the actual IPO price. The rest of us have to wait until the stock opens and miss out on 30%+ gains such as the recent Alibaba IPO.

LOYAL3 seeks to change that (to an extent)! The company has quickly been covered by just about every major news outlet out there.

The Benefits

They do two, very notable things. First, invest in stocks commission free! The only catch is that your trade will not be processed instantly but you can invest with a little as $10 which is unheard of at a large broker.

More importantly, LOYAL3 gives you access to select IPOs at the IPO price. You can learn more about the company on their website and sign up to be notified of upcoming IPOs.

I’ll be keeping track of all IPOs that LOYAL3 offers and their return after one month. After a month has elapsed I’ll stop tracking the stock. Once I begin investing in their IPOs, I’ll start tracking what percent of my commitment I’m allocated. For example, if I wanted $1,000 worth of shares, what percent am I given. IPO demand almost always outstrips supply so a $1,000 commitment may only have $500 allocated.

Disclaimer: Remember to consult a financial advisor if you have questions. Refer to the table below to see how LOYAL3’s IPOs have fared.

As always, look forward to hearing your thoughts. Did I miss something? See any errors? Discussion in general is always welcome!

Really interesting! I’ll have to take a look at them. I generally tell anyone I can to avoid IPOs at all costs because you’ll never get the returns that are so hyped.

I am a fan of Loyal3, I hope their model continues to work!

I haven’t actually invested with them yet but I will be investing beginning with the next IPO and will track my returns here!
